All their jewelry is considered waterproof and tarnish-resistant! We use IP Plating which stands for Ion plating. This is a Physical vapor deposition (PVD) process and the jewelry is plated with at least 0.1 micron of 18K Gold or Silver, plus e-coating which qualifies it to pass waterproof tests.

If you wear our jewelry every single day- in the shower and the bed, then you'll find that the color will not fade for at least six months. We do recommend removing your jewelry when you shower and sleep, and keeping it away from water and lotion only to ensure that the color of the plating does not fade over time.

We do not ship during the weekends or public holidays, if your order is received after 2.00pm Friday your order will be sent out first thing the following working day.

First of all we apologise that your item did not work out.

BEFORE returning the item, please lodge your return through our easy Returns Center by clicking here 

Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of discounted or sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused in brand new condition. 

Should you wish to return your full order for a refund, THREADS will apply an automatic  $5.00 deduction fee for New Zealand customers and $10.00 for rest of the world to cover any complimentary shipping and transactional fees that may have incurred. There will be no deduction fee charged for exchanges. However, purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size or style are not eligible for a refund. 

Returns and exchanges must be delivered via courier service to our THREADS Warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date for either a full refund or an exchange (if available). Currently we do not allow physical package drop-offs or pick-ups at our THREADS Warehouse.

Please choose carefully as there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on Last Threads sale and/or Final Clearance items.  We also do not accept returns, exchanges or refund on swimwear and face masks.
