Returns and Refund Policy

Sale, Oulet and discounted items can not be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit.

 

Want to return an item?

First of all we apologise that your item did not work out.

If you intend to return an item:

  • Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe boxes in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Please note, we cannot accept returns on earrings, swimwear and/or underwear.

BEFORE returning the item, please read the below terms carefully and then lodge your return by logging into your customer profile either by clicking the account icon in the top right or the link below. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of discounted or sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused in brand new condition. 

Once a return has been processed, item(s) must be returned within 21 days. If the return exceeds our 21 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

Should you wish to return your full order for a refund, THREADS will apply an automatic $5.00 deduction fee for New Zealand customers and $10.00 for rest of the world to cover any complimentary shipping and transactional fees that may have incurred.

There will be no deduction fee charged for exchanges. However, purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size or style are not eligible for a refund.

Currently we do not allow physical package drop-offs or pick-ups at our THREADS Warehouse.

    If any of these conditions are not met, then THREADS reserves the right to send back your order and refuse a return.

    RETURN PROCESSING 

    Returns can take up to 5 days after delivery for our THREADS team to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

    Once processed, refunds can take between 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

    OUTLET SALE ITEMS

    All Sale, Oulet and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    If the item is faulty we will repair or replace the item with another of the same. If we are unable to repair or replace we will refund your payment.

    Please email hello@threads.co.nz with images of the fault as well as a detailed description and how the item has been cared for.

    Discount & Promotion codes cannot be redeemed on Outlet items

    If any of these conditions are not met, then THREADS reserves the right to send back your order and refuse a return. So please choose carefully.
